This project focuses on providing cancer outpatients with the support needed for tracking their vitals, managing their appointments, and organizing their medications both at home and in-clinic. 

MY MEDS
The following flow represents the Meds feature allowing outpatients to manage their medication list, archive and keep a record of their past medications, as well as add reminders the their current medications. This feature is divided into current and history. Medications are organized into Home medications which are medications that the outpatient takes on a daily basis, and In-clinic medications which refer to medications given by physicians during a scheduled appointment type.
